It scores your office on staff numbers, foot traffic, whether you have a kitchen and whether you have a client-facing reception. Higher scores point to more frequent cleaning. Medical, clinical and childcare spaces are set to a minimum of daily, and gyms to a minimum of 3 times a week, regardless of score.

Is the recommendation binding?

No. It is a sensible starting point based on your inputs. A contractor may fine-tune it after seeing your site. Use it to frame your thinking, then get quotes matched to the recommended schedule.

What if my needs sit between two frequencies?

Accepted Answer
